The Comprehensive Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $250,000
- Productivity Bonus: $45 per patient over 17.5 patients/day average
- Sign-On Bonus/Relocation: Based on need
- Student Loan Repayment: $50,000 per year with 2-year commitment
- CME Allowance: $2,500
- Retirement: 401k with 4% dollar-for-dollar match
- Malpractice: FTCA coverage
- Licensure: Fully paid after employment

The Modern Practice Setup
- Monday–Friday clinic, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Choose a 4-day or 5-day workweek
- 17–23 patients per full clinic day
- Pediatrics up to age 18
- Call: 1:10 weekdays with a separate weekend rotation
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Collaborative team environment across multiple clinic sites
