Growing up in Louisiana, he understands the unique challenge of fitting families to communities—the key to long-term retention. As CEO, he still actively recruits alongside his team, ensuring AMP stays current with rural healthcare's daily evolution. David's hands-on leadership and deep community understanding drive AMP's 87% retention success.

Business Development
Randy brings over 20 years of healthcare staffing leadership and numerous production awards to AMP's client partnerships. His client-first mindset helps rural healthcare organizations reduce time-to-fill while building trusted, lasting relationships. A University of Texas at Arlington graduate, Randy's strategic approach and relationship-building expertise have made him widely recognized in the industry. Based in Arlington, Texas, Randy enjoys working out and home projects when not serving AMP's clients.

Mike brings 15 years of specialized physician recruiting expertise, earning Recruiter of the Year honors three times (2015, 2017, 2021). His Psychology degree from college helps him understand candidate motivations and cultural fit. At AMP, Mike organizes all recruiting activities and mentors new team members to ensure exceptional service delivery. His unique background includes two years in business development, giving him comprehensive insight into both client and candidate needs for rural healthcare success.
