The Comprehensive Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $170,000
- Bonuses: Up to $10,000 in yearly incentive earnings, paid quarterly
- Sign-On Bonus: $12,000
- Student Loan Repayment: NHSC loan forgiveness eligibility
- Living Stipend: $1,000 monthly for the first year if living in Uvalde
