The Comprehensive Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $41-$58 per hour, based on years of experience (1-14 year scale)
- Retention Bonus: $15,000, paid one-half at completion of year one and the remainder at year two
- Relocation Assistance: Flat amount based on distance
- Retirement: 4% employer match
- Licensure Reimbursement: Included
- Continuing Education: $2,500 annually for CME or continuing education

The Modern Practice Setup
- Clinic Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 4 x 10-hour days
- Daily Flow: 8:00 a.m. staff meeting, lunch from 12:00-1:00 p.m.
- Paid Admin Time: 5 hours per week
- Clinical Schedule: 4-day clinical weeks
- EMR: Web-PT/Cerner
