The Comprehensive Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Competitive, starting at $260,000+, depending on years of experience
- Productivity Bonus: $12.50 per encounter over an average of 28 patients/day (reconciled monthly)
- Relocation Assistance:
- $5,000 for in-state moves
- $7,500 for out-of-state moves (with receipts)
- Loan Forgiveness: Full Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
- Retirement Plans:
- 403(b) — individual contributions
- 457(b) — employer-only contributions totaling $25,000 over 3 years ($8,333 annually)
- Malpractice: 100% covered through FTCA
- Licensure & Fees: Professional and licensure costs fully reimbursed

The Modern Practice Setup
- Recruiting for the Plaza Circle location
- 3 exam rooms • Support staff: 2 receptionists + 2 MAs
- Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- First patient at 8am
- Dedicated admin time built into the day
- Patient Load: 30–32 patients/day with 15-minute visits
- Procedures: Core outpatient bread-and-butter offerings
- OB Call (for FM/OB providers):
- 13 weeknights (15-hour shifts) per year
- 13 weekend days (24-hour hospital call) per year
- EMR: NextGen
- Patient Mix: Less than 10% commercial; majority Medi-Cal or sliding-fee scale
