The Comprehensive Compensation Package
  • Base Salary: $130,000
  • Productivity Incentive: Up to $2,500 per quarter based on quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and productivity
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000–$12,000 paid with the first paycheck
  • Student Loan Forgiveness: NHSC eligible site with HPSA score of 23
  • Retirement: 401(k) with 3% of gross provided by employer after 1 year
  • Malpractice Coverage: Covered through FTCA

  • Paid Time Off: 6 days after 90 days, increasing to 16 days in year two, 20 days in year three, 25 days in year four, and 26 days in year five

The Modern Practice Setup

  • Outpatient-only primary care clinic serving mostly adult patients.
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • One late clinic day from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • No late nights or weekends.
  • On-call only 1 month per year, with nurse triage taking first call.
  • Patient volume of 16–18 patients per day.
  • Support includes front office staff, LVN, CNA, and a virtual care coordinator.
  • Clinic features 3 exam rooms, an in-house lab, in-house pharmacy, and intake room.
  • EMR: NextGen.
  • Clinical scope includes comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management such as hypertension and diabetes, minor in-clinic procedures including ingrown toenails, and timely documentation.
