The Comprehensive Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $130,000
- Productivity Incentive: Up to $2,500 per quarter based on quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and productivity
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000–$12,000 paid with the first paycheck
- Student Loan Forgiveness: NHSC eligible site with HPSA score of 23
- Retirement: 401(k) with 3% of gross provided by employer after 1 year
- Malpractice Coverage: Covered through FTCA
The Outstanding Benefits You Deserve
- Paid Time Off: 6 days after 90 days, increasing to 16 days in year two, 20 days in year three, 25 days in year four, and 26 days in year five
- PTO Sell Back: Available at 80%
- Holidays: 12 paid holidays
- CME Allowance: $3,000 annually, including $1,500 every 6 months
- Insurance: Health, dental, and vision covered at 100% for the employee

The Modern Practice Setup
- Outpatient-only primary care clinic serving mostly adult patients.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- One late clinic day from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- No late nights or weekends.
- On-call only 1 month per year, with nurse triage taking first call.
- Patient volume of 16–18 patients per day.
- Support includes front office staff, LVN, CNA, and a virtual care coordinator.
- Clinic features 3 exam rooms, an in-house lab, in-house pharmacy, and intake room.
- EMR: NextGen.
- Clinical scope includes comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management such as hypertension and diabetes, minor in-clinic procedures including ingrown toenails, and timely documentation.
