The Comprehensive Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $189,084
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
- Supervision Stipend: $5,000 per mid-level (up to 3)
- Loan Repayment: NHSC site with a 20 HPSA score
- $75,000–$100,000 for a two-year commitment
- Retirement: 403(b) with 4% employer contribution, regardless of employee contributions
- Malpractice: 100% covered through FTCA
- Licensure: Paid for both TN and KY licenses

The Modern Practice Setup
- Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Evening hours M/T/Th until 9 p.m.
- 4-day clinical week: 36 patient-facing hours + 4 admin hours
- Option to work one or two later days, starting later accordingly
- Patient Load:
- Target: 20/day with 2-year ramp-up
- Cap at 24 patients/day (can request additional)
- Age range: Newborn–17 years
- Visit lengths: 20-min well visits, 30-min procedures, 10-min sick visits
- Procedures: Full range of standard outpatient procedures
- EMR: eMDs
- Patient Mix: 50% Medicaid • 30% commercial • 20% uninsured
