The Comprehensive Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
- Loan Repayment: $50,000 per year through a federal program
- Relocation Bonus: $5,000
- Malpractice: Fully covered under FTCA
- Licensure Fees: State medical license, controlled substance license, and DEA — all reimbursed
- CME Allowance: $2,500 annually

The Modern Practice Setup
- Clinic Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Clinical Workweek: 3 clinical days (option to increase to 4)
- No weekends
- Patient Load: 10+ patients/day — intentionally kept low
- Visit Times:
- Well Visits: 45 minutes
- Sick Visits: 20–30 minutes
- Procedures: 30–45 minutes
- ER Follow-Ups: 30 minutes
- Procedures:
- Medication management
- Well-child checks
- Suturing
- Well-woman exams
- EKGs
- EMR: Intergy — user-friendly and efficient
- Additional Role: Provides backup for the CMO when absent
- All outpatient—no inpatient duties, no nights, and no call listed
