The Comprehensive Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $250,000
- Medical Director Stipend: $20,000–$30,000
- Total Potential Compensation: Up to $280,000–$300,000 with medical director stipend
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 with a 3-year forgiveness period
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000 reimbursed
- Production Incentive: $18.75 per RVU after 2,200 threshold
- Tier Two Production Incentive: $22.50 per RVU after 2,582 face-to-face encounters
- Student Loan Forgiveness: HPSA qualifying site; NHSC eligible
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness: Eligible nonprofit setting after 120 qualifying monthly payments and 10 consecutive years of nonprofit employment
- CME Allowance: $5,000
- Retirement: 403(b) employer-only contributed retirement plan with 6% dollar-for-dollar contribution
- Malpractice Coverage: Covered
- Professional & Licensure Fees: Reimbursed

The Modern Practice Setup
- Monday–Friday clinic schedule
- Clinic hours: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Full hour for lunch
- 8:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m. reserved for sick-child walk-in style visits called in the prior day
- Patient load: 15–17 patients per day
- EPIC EMR
- General bread-and-butter family medicine procedures
- Call through 10:00 p.m.; after 10:00 p.m., after-hours calls are covered through a call rotation
- Support from 7 APPs
- Potential medical director opportunity available
