This Winn Community Neurologist Position Offers Rare Balance:

- Outpatient-only neurology practice (no hospital call, no rounding)
- 15-20 patients per day (manageable, sustainable caseload)

- Botox for migraines, spasticity, and dystonia (expand your practice)
- Built-in referral base from 7 clinics and 40 school-based locations
The Exceptional Work-Life Balance:
- 36-hour work week (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)
- 4.5 clinic days + 0.5 admin day (admin work can be done from home)
- No call responsibilities ever (true work-life separation)
- Flexible location options (Ruston, Alexandria, or new Winnfield clinic)
- RN handles infusion patients (focus on what you do best)
The Competitive Financial Package:
- $364,000-$436,000 salary range ($400k for the right candidate)
- Up to $50,000 signing bonus (negotiable for neurology specialists)
- Production incentives (encounter-based supplements)
- Student loan forgiveness eligible (NHSC and Louisiana State programs)
