The Comprehensive Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $250,000–$300,000, depending on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
- Production Incentive: Encounter-based supplemental bonus
- Loan Repayment: Eligible for both NHSC and Louisiana State programs (can utilize sequentially)
- Relocation: $10,000 with receipts (negotiable)
- Retirement: 401(k) with 4% employer match after one year
- Malpractice: 100% covered through FTCA
- Business Expenses: All work-related costs fully covered

The Modern Practice Setup
- Locations: Ruston or Alexandria (new Alexandria clinic opening January)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- 36-hour workweek
- 4.5 clinical days + 0.5 admin day (admin may be done from home)
- Patient Load: ~20 patients/day
- 30-minute new/annual visits
- Shorter sick visits; autonomy to adjust
- Patient Mix: 60% Medicaid; broad age distribution
- Support: Weekend coverage handled by NPs
- Call: None — fully outpatient
