The Comprehensive Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $600,000 guaranteed
- Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
- Loan Repayment: $25,000 per year (direct to lender) — renewable for 3 years
- Production Bonus: Additional incentive based on collections
- Retirement: 401k with 4.5% match + 403b and 457 options
- CME: $5,000 annual + 5 dedicated CME days
- Time Off: 30 days PTO annually
- Malpractice: Occurrence-based coverage, paid by employer
- Insurance: Full medical, dental, and vision

The Modern Practice Setup
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
- Daily Volume: 18–22 patients per day (2 new heme + 1–2 new onc patients)
- Call Structure: Minimal — no clinic during call weeks
- Setting: Outpatient with hospital consults only (2–3 weeks annually)
- Support: Experienced APP team, infusion nurses, and hospitalist partners
- Technology: Epic EMR system with efficient documentation tools
