The Comprehensive Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Details not listed
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000–$20,000, depending on experience

The Modern Practice Setup
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Two and a half clinic days and two OR days per week
- Hours: 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with one hour for lunch
- Half-day clinic can be morning or afternoon based on provider preference when possible
- 36 patient-facing hours per week
- Administrative time: 0.5 days per week
- Call: 1:3 with APP support for inpatient calls, rounding, and OR coverage when needed
- Meditech Expanse EMR
- Primary focus on orthopedic procedures related to specialty, including foot and ankle
- Call coverage includes ER support for general orthopedic procedures
- Surgical mix may include foot and ankle procedures, fractures, pins, and general orthopedic interventions
- Clinic volume: 2,857 visits in 2025
- Clinic support includes an assigned MA or LPN
- OR support includes assistant scrub, circulators, support staff, and one APP whose primary role is to cover surgeons when needed
- Mid-level supervision required
