- Full-time schedule with a built-in half-day off each week
- Manageable call: one weekday (if desired) and one weekend out of five

- Practice a wide scope: clinic, ER, inpatient, OB, pediatrics, procedures, and minor surgery (based on training)
The Financial Package
- $250,000 annual salary guarantee for 1–2 years, plus production upside
- Relocation allowance up to $7,500
- Negotiable sign-on bonus (50% at signing, 50% after 30 days—flexible timing)
- CME allowance of $3,000 annually
- Loan repayment available and opportunities for federal/state loan forgiveness
- Tuition assistance up to $25K per year (for up to 4 years, with forgiveness options)
- Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, pension plan (6.2% of earned compensation), 457 retirement plan with 3% match, and Social Security replacement funding
